We first started building Maple in early 2023, after we heard long-term care operators around the country share stories about how difficult it was to manage their workforce. The COVID pandemic had led to dire staffing shortages, skyrocketing agency usage, and an uncertain future.

Operators trying to regain control need software specific to long-term care. They also need new partners who can help them face these challenges head on, instead of outdated legacy products.
